Why Nanobrows?
NanoBrows is a more safe, up-to-date, advanced version of microblading created by a machine technique using a nano-needle. A machine and nano-needle is used to create super fine hair strokes for a more flawless natural looking brow.

What makes Nanobrows different from Microblading?

•How the pigment is placed in the skin. Microblading is a line of microblades that you dip in pigment and drag through the skin. Nanobrows, similar to a conventional tattoo, the pigment is implanted into the skin using a poking motion.
•How much trauma is done to the skin. Dragging the blade through the skin creates a cutting effect. This damages the skin more as well as makes it hard for the pigment to grab the skin. The poking motion makes the pigment implant more as well as is less damaging.
•Who it works on. Microblading does not work on all skin types. You often hear how if someone has oily or mature skin, they are not a good candidate for Microblading(the stroke look). Thanks to Nanobrows, oily and mature skin types can get the stroke look. Reason for this is, you are basically taking a single needle and doing what is done with shading but with a nano needle and in a precise, concentrated stroke.

How long does Nano last?

Although skin type is a HUGE factor, how well they take care of their brows is just as big of a factor.

•Do they put sunscreen on their brows every day?
•Do they wear a hat when they are going to be outdoors all day?
•Are they using facial products with acids in them over their brow area?

NanoBrows will last between 1-3 years, before needing a touch up, depending on:
•Your clients skin type
• How your client maintains your semi-permanent technique

NanoBrows will last 3-5 years until it fades completely, if done correctly. In more oily skin types, the treatment may not last a full year before needing a touch up. In other skin types it can exceed 5 years.

Understanding Your Skin’s Readiness for Tattooing
Your skin's condition plays a significant role in the safety and effectiveness of the permanent makeup process. You know your skin best, including its sensitivity and overall health. My goal as an artist is to ensure that you receive the highest quality results from your treatment. While I continually advance my skills to accommodate a diverse range of clients, it is important to recognize that not everyone is suitable for permanent makeup. Healthy, strong, and calm skin is essential for optimal results.
Certain pre-existing skin conditions and treatments can compromise the effectiveness of procedures like microblading. To avoid any unfavorable outcomes, please review the following guidelines to determine if microblading is right for you. If it’s not, I offer alternative services that may be more suitable for you.

Medical Conditions
Hair Transplants**: If you have undergone an eyebrow hair transplant, microblading is not recommended due to the formation of scar tissue at the transplant site.
**Irregular Body Temperature or Bleeding Disorders**: Conditions that cause your body to run hot or that result in excessive bleeding can hinder proper color deposit.
**Autoimmune Disorders**: If you have an autoimmune disorder (e.g., lupus, thyroid issues requiring medication, or frontal fibrosing alopecia), please inform your artist to discuss potential risks.
**Other Considerations**: If you are pregnant, nursing, have hemophilia, or a heart condition, we strongly advise against permanent makeup procedures, as these conditions may pose significant risks. Individuals with heart conditions often take blood-thinning medications, increasing the likelihood of excessive bleeding and poor results with microblading. A doctor's note is required for clients with diabetes.
**Botox Use**: For those who receive Botox treatments, it is advisable to schedule microblading appointments 30 days before or after your Botox session to ensure optimal results.
**Health Conditions**: If you have any health conditions, please obtain a doctor's note indicating it is safe to proceed with the procedure. Your safety and well-being are our primary concerns.
02
Skin Conditions
Skin Complications**: Individuals with skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, chronic acne, rosacea, or seborrheic dermatitis may experience ongoing irritation, which can prevent the skin from holding pigment effectively. If your skin is consistently flaking, itching, or aggravated in the brow area, microblading may not be suitable.
**Sunburn**: If you have recently experienced sunburn, please allow your skin to heal and return to its normal color before scheduling your microblading appointment.
**Previous Permanent Makeup**: It’s crucial to disclose any previous permanent makeup treatments during your consultation. Some existing treatments may be too dark to cover with microblading, which could hinder the visibility of hair strokes. Fortunately, alternative solutions may still be available. [Click here for more information.] Depending on the condition of the existing pigment, we may be able to use shading or apply a darker color for a desired effect. However, if scar tissue is present, NanoBrows may be necessary for optimal results.
**Medications**: If you have taken acne medications such as Accutane within the past year, it is essential to wait a full year before undergoing tattooing, as healing may be compromised. Additionally, discontinue the use of Retinol and Vitamin A one month prior to your procedure. If you use Latisse or similar eyelash growth products, please refrain from application for at least 1-2 months before your session to minimize bleeding and ensure better results.
For more information that you can share with your doctor, please contact us, and we will provide all necessary details regarding the treatment.
Thank you for considering our services, and we look forward to helping you achieve your desired results!
